Chapter 8. Recording.
To activate recording, please press the R button.
In case the voice recorder is powered on, use the short click this button. The start of recording is announced by a double beep.
In case that the voice recorder is in off mode, please press the R button for longer time. The machine automatically turns on and starts recording.
To pause the recording, press the R button during recording. Another press of this button continues recording. The whole recording will be saved into one recorded file. If you like to check if it is currently recording or paused, we recommend to use the pause indicator mode. Set this mode by opening main menu and choosing settings, recording settings, pause indicator, enabled. Now connect your earphones and you will hear the recorded sound while recording. If you hear no sound, the voice recorder is in pause mode.
If you like to split the recorded track into more separate files, press the right arrow button during recording. The actually recorded file will be saved and new recording will begin as a new file.
For better orientation it is possible to add bookmarks to your recordings. To add a bookmark press the index button shortly while recording.
The end of recording can be done by the short press of stop button. Finish of saving operation is indicated by a beep sound. The end of recording can be also activated by a play button. In this case it will stop recording, save the file and automatically play the actually recorded file.
