Setting of the audiovisual engine of the voice recorder.

Chapter 13.1 Sound settings

Use this item to temporarily deactivate the sound indication of the voice recorder. If you mistakenly commit this function and loose the chance to work with the machine because of dumb voice guide, simply turn the voice recorder off and on, the voice guide will start speaking again.

Chapter 13.2 LCD backlight.

For partly sighted users it is possible to activate the display backlight. Default setting is off to save batteries.

Chapter 13.3 Setting the language of text menu.

This item is available only for sighted users and can be used to change the language of text of the menu. This has no effect on the voice guide.

Chapter 13.4 Voice guide volume.

You can set the optimal volume of the voice guide which is the voice communicating with you.
